From today (1 June 2026), Sureserve will be carrying out all heating servicing, repairs and installations in our residents’ homes. 

As you may know, Sureserve began working with us earlier this year to carry out oil and air source heat pump servicing and repairs in some homes. From 1 April, they also started managing communal heating repairs and servicing for residents with a communal boiler system. 

From today, Sureserve will be the only contractor we use for all heating servicing, repairs and installation work. 

Thank you for your patience while we’ve made these changes. We’re confident the service you receive will continue to improve over the coming weeks and months. 

What you need to know 

If you need to report a repair or book an appointment, you can continue to contact us in the usual way by calling 0300 3300 900 and selecting: 

• Option 2, then 0 – to discuss an existing repair or appointment with Sureserve 

• Option 2, then 2 – to report a new heating issue 

• Option 2, then 1 – to report an emergency

Please note that Sureserve will prioritise servicing appointments based on when services are due.
