Our latest Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) report.

We’re pleased to share our latest ESG Report, covering the year from April 2025 to March 2026.

The report looks at the progress we’ve made across our homes, communities, environment and organisation, as well as the areas where we know there’s more to do.

Some highlights from the past year include:

  • 80.25% of our homes now have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of C or above, helping us improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
  • We completed energy efficiency improvements in 440 homes.
  • Our support fund helped 800 households with essential items and unexpected financial pressures.
  • We invested £50,000 in 13 community projects through our Community Investment Grant.
  • We held 44 resident engagement events, reaching almost 1,000 residents.

We follow the Sustainability Reporting Standard (SRS) developed by Sustainability for Housing and submit our ESG report against the framework every year. This gives us a consistent way to measure our performance and track our progress.

Our report is a chance to look back at what we’ve achieved together with our residents, colleagues and communities, while also looking ahead to where we can do more.
