We’re committed to providing the best possible service for our residents. One of the ways we do this is by investing in regular training for our teams, helping them build their knowledge, develop their skills and stay up to date with the latest guidance and best practice.

To support this, our Neighbourhood and Estates team are taking part in two training days in September.

The team will be unavailable on Wednesday 9 September between 8.30am and 5pm and Thursday 17 September also between 8.30am and 5pm.

They will be unable to respond to phone calls or emails during this time.

Any messages received will be picked up and responded to once the team returns on the next working day.

If your enquiry relates to grounds maintenance, tree issues, fly tips and abandoned vehicles then you can log it via myHavebury.
