Today marks 24 years since Havebury was formed following a stock transfer on 24 June 2002.

As we celebrate this milestone, we’re pleased to reflect on another strong year of delivering new homes across our region.

During 2025/26, we completed 344 new homes and started work on a further 206 homes, which are due to be completed during 2026/27.

We’re also proud to have been recognised in Inside Housing’s Top 50 Biggest Builders 2026.

While we ranked 46th nationally by the number of homes delivered, we were ranked third in the country for new homes delivered as a percentage of our existing homes – highlighting our continued commitment to increasing the supply of affordable housing in our communities.

These achievements are only possible because of the dedication and hard work of colleagues across the organisation.

A particular thank you to our Development team, as well as everyone who plays a part in helping us provide safe, comfortable homes and support thriving communities.
