From 6 October 2025, we’ll be moving to paperless direct debit notifications.
This means any letters you currently receive from Allpay about your direct debit will now be sent by email instead of post.
To make this switch, Allpay will send you an email from noreply@allpay.net asking you to confirm your email address and you will need to do one of two things;
- If you’d like to continue getting your notifications by post, simply don’t confirm.
- If you’d prefer email notifications, just follow the instructions in the message (you can also find them here).
