However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
This is a single stage procurement where the service is required to commence on 1 May 2014
The contract is subject to JCT Minor Works Conditions
Site visits which are by prior appointment are to be made via submissions through the delta esourcing system
The deadline for clarification questions is 17:00 on 7 March 2014.. Requests for clarification or further information must be submitted via Delta esourcing in accordance with information in the tender pack.
Presentations, if required , will take place on 26 March 2014. The Council will at its’ discretion invite as a maximum the top three ranked companies from the evaluation of price/cost of contract and quality sections to the presentation stage if the scoring indicates that a change in ranking could result. Invitations to the presentation stage will be issued by Friday 21 March 2014 Please ensure that you will be able to attend on 26 March 2014 invited.
