4. Description: Central-heating installation work. Uttlesford District Council have made a programme of investment to upgrade the heating systems in our sheltered housing accommodation. We are now seeking expressons of interest from suitably qualtified and experienced companies to carry out the detailed design and installation of commerical boiler plant in three sites. The works shall also allow for modifications such that tenants have greater individual control of the heating in their own flats
