4. Description: Multi-functional buildings construction work. Basildon Borough Council wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake the Design and Build of the Triangle Shopping Parade, Langdon Hills, Basildon, Essex.

The Council previously advertised this opportunity on 2 December 2013 but was not in a position to award a contract and has subsequently reopened the opportunity for interested parties to complete and submit tenders.
