Other Information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.

This is a single stage procurement where the service is required to commence on 1 April 2014.

The Council will be contrcating on the JCT Minor Buildings Works Contract 2011 Edition as amended by the Council's Scheule of Amendments.
The Council's Schedule of Amendments will be sent to all Tenderers in due course.

The tenderbox will open at 16:45 on 28 November 2013

Site visits, which are by prior appointment through Rob Heath (Building Surveyor) on 01268 294498, must be concluded by noon on 13 December 2013

Submission of any clarification of detail provided in the documentation or during a site visit must be in writing through delta esourcing and received by 17:00 on 13 December 2013

Tenders are to be submitted by 12:00 on 20 December 2013

You are advised that presentation/interviews will take place on 21 January 2014 with invitations issued to the three top ranked companies following evaluation of price/cost of contract and ability to meet service requirements. Please ensure that you will be available to attend on that date if you are one of companies invited.
