4. Description: Site-clearance work. Asbestos-removal work. Waste disposal site construction work. Fencing, railing and safety equipment installation work. Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who wish to quote to provide services to remove from site contaminated debris including Chrysotile and supply and install new site hoarding with gates leaving the site clean, tidy and safe following recent fire damage. The works are required at the former Garrison Gym, South Circular Road, Colchester on behalf of Colchester Borough Council. The works are generally

• Make safe loose high level debris
• Clear site of contaminated waste including Chrysotile
• Safe transportation from site by licensed carrier providing all waste transport notices on completion.
• Disposal of contaminated waste at a licensed transfer station again providing all waste certificates on completion.
• Supplying and installing timber hoarding to the site with double entrance gates, ironmongery and secure padlocks.
