Public road transport services. Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) would like to give Small Vehicle Operators* the opportunity to contribute to the creation of a new HCC Small Vehicle Procurement Framework. The Transport, Access and Safety (TAS) Unit will be holding a series of 2 hour workshops aimed at both current and potential suppliers of transport services to the Council.

The purpose of the sessions is for us to hear from you about current market limitations and potential opportunities within the Hertfordshire area. We welcome your views on how we approach the market, what works and what doesn’t, to help us develop an effective framework.

For your chance to contribute to these discussions, you are invited to attend one of the workshops on the following dates. Remember, this is your opportunity to have your say.

The dates and times of these sessions are:
Session 1: 28th June, 10.30am - 12.30pm (Hertford),
Session 2: 2nd July, 10.30am -12.30pm (Stevenage),
Session 3: 5th July, 11.00am - 1.00pm (Watford),
Session 4: 8th July, 11.00am – 1.00pm (Hemel Hempstead),

Please only register for one of the sessions. The Council can offer a maximum of two places per organisation.

*Small vehicle is defined as Taxis, Minibuses, Specialist Vehicles (e.g. wheelchair accessible), Multi-Passenger Vehicles and small Passenger Carrying Vehicles.
