4. Description: Kitchen furniture and equipment. Fitted kitchens. Articles for the bathroom and kitchen. Bathroom furniture. Bathrooms construction work. The Contract is for the supply and fit of 40 kitchens (Lot 1) and 25 bathrooms (Lot 2), as part of CHP’s Decent Homes Programme. The properties include both occupied and void properties and are located within the Chelmsford area.

The Contract will be awarded in two lots and contractors can apply for one or two lots.
It is anticpated that the contract will commence 2nd September 2013 and will be completed no later than 28th February 2014.

CHP reserves the right to adjust the number of kitchens and bathrooms in accordance with programme and budget requirements.
