4. Description: Cleaning services. Building-cleaning services. The Council is seeking tenders for the cleaning of roofs and rainwater disposal systems on its key properties, which are mostly non-domestic and range from single storey up to six-storey and include a mix of both flat and pitched roofs. Full details will be sent out to with the tender documentation.

Interested contractors will be required to provide evidence of considerable experience working at height within occupied sites through references and specific examples of documentation covering risk assessment, etc. We also require details of health and safety accreditation or equivalent policies, safety records, and evidence of financial status. Tenders will be evaluated as follows; price 60%, experience 20%, health and safety policies and record 20%.
