Chelmer Housing Partnership (CHP) is a locally managed and governed charitable housing association, based in Chelmsford, Essex, providing high-quality affordable family homes and apartments to rent and buy. We own approximately 8,500 homes across Essex.
The current contract for Heating Services is coming to an end at the end of this Financial Year.
The contract falls into 4 parts:
Gas Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs
Commercial Boiler Service
Oil Boiler/Tank Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs
Renewables
Currently the contract requires the incumbent to provide a customer services solution to book services with the residents and deal with any complaints or queries. Experience for us has shown that this is an area that needs further attention. CHP is interested in market feed-back with particular regards to providing the 4 contract categories, with or without a customer service centre and what interest there would be if the contract was divided into Lots.
