Arboricultural Services (Tree Surgery)Chelmsford City Council requires Arboricultural Services and is seeking to appoint a minimum of six appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to a framework agreement to provide tree surgery services across the Council area, which includes Public Parks, Open Green Spaces and other properties owned and managed by the Council.The Council currently budgets £73,000 per annum for this service, but is also making the framework contract available for use by other members of the Procurement Agency for Essex.
