4. Description: Architectural, engineering and surveying services. Road inspection services. Braintree District Council require a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide a planned maintenance programme for BDC roads.

• Inspect BDC roads (approx. 11) and produce a photographic condition survey for each one
• Prepare a 15 year costed planned maintenance schedule
• Identify any urgent priority repair works that need to be carried out in the next financial year
• Inspect annually for next 4 years and identify any reactive/urgent maintenance issues
• Provide a fee quote (lump sum or percentage) to tender and supervise any repair works
