Making it easier to find information about us
We’ve launched a new page on our website to make it easier for you to find information about how we manage your homes and services.
The new page has been created as part of the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs), which come into effect for housing associations from 1 October 2026.
STAIRs are designed to give social housing residents greater access to information about their landlord and how their homes and services are managed.
What can you find on the new page?
We already publish lots of information on our website, but we know it isn’t always easy to know where to look.
Our new STAIRs page brings this information together in one place, including information about:
- how we’re run and make decisions
- how we spend our money
- how we manage and invest in our homes
- the services we provide
- how we’re performing
- our policies, lists and registers.
We’ve used the National Housing Federation and Anthony Collins STAIRs guidance to help us decide what information to include and how to make it available. We’ll continue to monitor the guidance as it develops and update our page where needed.
You can find our new STAIRs page here. We’ve also added it as a tab on the top right hand side of our homepage, so it’s always easy to find.
Can’t find what you’re looking for?
We’ve tried to make the information covered by STAIRs as easy to find as possible, but we know we might not always get everything right first time.
If you think there’s something missing, or you’re struggling to find the information you need, please let us know by completing this form. Our Communications team will review this and get back to you within 30 days.

What happens next?
The launch of the page isn’t the end of our work on STAIRs. We’ll continue to review the information we publish and keep the page updated.
From 1 April 2027, STAIRs will also give residents additional rights to ask us for information about how we manage our social housing. We’ll share more information about this and how to make a request before these changes come into effect.
