myHavebury is getting an update

In 2019, we launched our resident app, myHavebury, giving you a quick and easy way to report repairs, book appointments and check your rent account.

Since then, the app has continued to grow and improve based on your feedback. We’re pleased to say that more than 7,000 residents are now using myHavebury.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been working on the next version of the app. At the end of February, we’ll be launching an updated app called myHavebury Homes. This reflects both your feedback and our new name.

What’s new?

The updated app includes:

  • GPS functionality
  • The ability for residents and non-residents to sign up through the app
  • PDF support
  • Photo uploads
  • Support for newer devices
  • Biometric login (if your device supports it)

We’re currently completing the final checks with the app stores. Once everything is approved, you’ll receive a notification inviting you to download the new app.

Logging in to the new app

If you already use myHavebury:

  • You can log in using the same email address and password you originally registered with.
  • If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it at my.havebury.com using the ‘forgotten password’ option.
  • If you no longer have access to your registered email address, please contact us at myhavebury@havebury.com and we’ll help you.

Please note: if you try to register again using an existing account, you won’t be able to do so, as we only allow one account per contact.

If you’re new to myHavebury:

If you’re a resident and haven’t used myHavebury before, you can now register directly through the new app as either a resident or non-resident.

If you are searching for the new app in your app store you will need to search ‘myHavebury Homes’.

What happens to the old app?

We won’t be removing the old app straight away.

If you already have it downloaded, it will continue to work on your device for now. However, it will no longer be available to download from the app stores.

If you have an older device that doesn’t support the new app, you can still access your account by logging in through your internet browser at my.havebury.com.
