myHavebury

Earlier this year, we told you that you can now check when our Grounds Maintenance team will next be in your area, or when they last visited, on myHavebury. We’ve been pleased to hear how helpful this has been, giving you clear, up-to-date information about this service.

Following a recent consultation, 80% of you told us you have a myHavebury account, with 31% using the app for most things. Of those who don’t use the app, 55% said they prefer other ways of getting in touch, and 34% weren’t aware of what the app can do. Many of you also said you’d like support with setting it up, as navigating new technology can be challenging, and sometimes you simply prefer to speak to a person. For those who said they needed support, our team will be reaching out to them to see how we can help.

When we asked what improvements you’d like to see in myHavebury, the most requested were:

  • The ability to submit photos or issues relating to your community
  • Ability to view documents
  • Manage your communication preferences
  • Step-by-step videos to help you with tasks at home

Our team is working behind the scenes to bring more improvements, so the portal is just as user-friendly as our new website.

On myHavebury you can:

  • report a repair
  • make an appointment
  • check your account balance(s) and download a statement
  • make a payment on your account(s)
  • set up, change or cancel your Direct Debits
  • apply for a garage or end your garage tenancy with us
  • tell us you’re moving out and end your tenancy
  • report issues such as fly-tips, grounds maintenance issues or abandoned vehicles
  • update your name and contact details
