We know this time of the year can be expensive, but keeping your rent up to date means one less thing to worry about during the holidays.

If you think you might be lonely over the festive season, or you think you may need some extra help, call our Supported team on 0300 3300 900 extn 7307.

We’ll do all we can to support you, but there are also other services that may be able to offer some extra help.

If you like to plan ahead, and your account is up to date, you can choose to pay a little extra throughout the year. We’ll then refund this additional amount to you in December.

Here is an example – Your weekly rent is £129.58, and you currently pay £561.51 each month. Your account’s in great shape, it’s up to date and a month in advance! If you add just £20 a month to your payments, by the end of the year we could refund you £240, a nice little boost for the festive period.

Please remember any direct debits due between the 25 and 28 2025 December will be collected on 29 December 2025.
