Short Description: Greenfields is inviting legal practices to submit tenders for inclusion onto a legal services framework agreement. Tenderers are welcome to submit proposals for just one or more LOTs of the services as detailed below.The Framework Agreement will be 36 months in duration commencing January 2015 with an option to extend for a further 12 months and will be open to Greenfields and all PAE members (www.paessex.gov.uk) of whom CHP has expressed an interest to access the framework upon award. The framework will consist of five LOTs.LOT 1Development and Property, typical services to be provided but not limited to;Acquisitions and disposals,Compulsory purchases,leases, licenses and conveyancing,Landlord and tenant matters,Site re-developments/property development,Environmental and planning (including planning enquiries),Right to Buy,Social housing,S106 agreements,Easements, waylaves and deeds of variations,Contract negotiation and documentation. LOT 2 Housing Management Advice,typical services to be provided but not limited to,Advice on anti social behavior, estate management and tenancy maters,Disrepair claims,Unlawful occupiers, i.e. squatters,Debt recovery.LOT 3 General Commercial, typical services to be provided but not limited to,Public procurement,Contract advice, drafting and law,Dispute resolution,Outsourcing/contracting out of services. LOT 4 Employment, typical services to be provided but not limited to,Employment law,Equality issues,TUPE,Pensions,Health & Safety.LOT 5 Financial,typical services to be provided but not limited to,Company law,Corporate finance,Governance,Company secretarial duties,Taxation,Joint ventures and venture capital advice.If you wish to be included onto the tender list please express your interest before noon 16 Septemebr 2014.
